FEES & RETAINER

Consultation fee for in-person or remote meetings is $200, which will be credited back to you when you sign the service agreement (called retainer agreement) with the lawyer. In other words, if the immigration lawyer believes that your case has a reasonable chance of success and you decide to retain the services of the immigration lawyer, your consultation is free because the consultation fee is credited back to you. The lawyer will provide the complete quote for her legal services at the consultation.
